The new Post Versandtool

The new Post Versandtool is now available and will replace PVM Online in the course of 2025. It is possible to send a digital mailing sample for the purpose of central content checking for the Info.Mail and Sponsoring.Mail products in the Post Versandtool. After uploading the mailing sample and completing the notification, you will receive an e-mail confirming whether the content of your mailing corresponds to the product you have notified. Regardless of the sample check, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after completing the advice note, in which all your order documents are available.

The new Post Versandtool is more user-friendly and the creation of shipping documents is much faster.

You can currently acces the following products:

• National mail products
• Info.Mail
• Newspaper & magazines products

The functionalities for customer and order management (with login) and the notification of other products are being implemented and expanded on an ongoing basis.

 
Until the final replacement, you can decide here which tool you would like to use to notify your shipments, depending on the product.

With PVM online, you can create your shipping documents and notify your advertising, newspaper & magazines products and letter mail items free of charge.
