Mandatory Documents

Please provide a sample of the newspaper (50 MB) in order to receive a Newspaper Authorization. When paying via an existing deferral agreement, please have your contract number at hand. When paying via a new deferral agreement, please have the signed and stamped deferral agreement ready at hand. When paying via a different payer, please have the signed and stamped differed payer form ready at hand. If you do not have the required forms, please contact your sales representative or use the contact form.
