Post Shipping Tool
The Post Shipping Tool is now available and replaces PVM Online. You can submit a digital sample of your shipment for central content review for the Info.Mail and Sponsoring.Mail products as part of the notification process in the Post Shipping Tool. After uploading the shipment sample and completing the notification, you will receive an email confirming whether the contents of your shipment correspond to the product you have notified. Regardless of the sample check, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing the notification, in which all your order documents are available.
The new Post Shipping Tool has a simple structure and the creation of dispatch documents is significantly faster.

Why is PVM-Online no longer available?
In 2025, we informed our customers several times about the planned shutdown of PVM Online. Our successor system, the Post Shipping Tool, has been available to you for some time now. The Post Shipping Tool is more modern, simpler in design, and makes it easier to notify recipients of your shipments.
Are the same services available to me?
Yes, all functions and products can be found in the Post Shipping Tool.
What will happen to my documents stored in PVM Online?
For technical reasons, we are unable to migrate this data. We kindly ask you to recreate it in the Post Shipping Tool.
